God Won’t Do That!

In essence, the message I’m conveying is about taking responsibility for our actions and not relying solely on God to do everything for us. I draw from the Bible, specifically the story of Adam naming the animals, to illustrate that God expects us to actively participate in our lives. While God provides guidance and support, there are things we must do ourselves, such as living righteously and being good stewards. Quoting from 2 Peter, I emphasize the importance of adding to our faith virtues like knowledge, temperance, and patience. I stress that we can’t just sit back and expect God to solve all our problems; we must do our part. If someone preaches otherwise, they’re not teaching what the Bible truly says. Ultimately, it’s about being accountable for our actions and living according to God’s teachings.
